What does 50five offer?

At 50five, we offer everything you need for seamless electric charging, whether for businesses or private users. Our solutions include AC and DC charging stations, smart cables, and access to an extensive charging network across Europe. We make charging even easier with charging management systems. We go beyond just charging. We give you full control over your charging sessions and proactively resolve issues through our 50five e-mobility app and dedicated portal with integrated AI technology. We also offer smart energy management systems, and energy storage (battery) solutions for efficient and sustainable energy use. For business partners we offer an integrated partner portal and business hub, to have, at all times a 360 degree overview about installations, tickets and charging sessions. And of course, our expert sales team and customer service are always here to assist you.

What's next?

Shell Recharge Solutions and 50five are preparing the migration of home and workplace charging stations. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
You will receive an email from Shell Recharge Solutions prior to the migration. The migration migration of the charge point itself can take up to 1-2 hours and will be carried out gradually and as smoothly as possible.
Welcome! You've received a confirmation mail and you are now a customer of 50five. The migration is complete. We will now manage your home and workplace charging stations.

What does this mean for you?

In the second quarter of 2025, home and workplace charging stations will be migrated from Shell Recharge Solutions to 50five. This applies only to the following countries: the Netherlands, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. Do you have such a charging station? Then you will soon officially become a customer of 50five! Once the migration is complete, you can contact 50five’s customer service for any questions regarding your charging station, charging card, and more. Until the migration is complete, you remain a customer of Shell Recharge Solutions, and they will continue to manage your charging stations. Until then, you can reach out to Shell Recharge Solutions as usual for all e-mobility-related questions.

What should you do?

You do not need to take any action at the moment. You will receive more information and instructions prior to the migration. We aim to make the migration as seamless as possible and minimize any impact on you. You will be kept informed throughout the process.

Until the migration is complete, Shell Recharge Solutions remains your point of contact for any questions or issues regarding your home and workplace charging stations. Please use Shell Recharge Solutions’ existing support channels to get in touch. Contact them via customerservice@shellrecharge.com.

Once your charging station has been migrated to 50five, you will receive an email with information about this change. From that moment on, 50five will be your point of contact for any questions or issues regarding your charging stations. You can then contact us via our smart A.I. agent Nova in the 50five e-mobility app or through our customer service page.
